Blaine Clark
Executive Director of Operations
Blaine Clark was raised north of Wichita in Valley Center, KS. After high school, he attended both Butler County and Kansas State University while also playing football for both colleges. Blaine Clark graduated from Kansas State in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Construction Science and Management. After graduation, Blaine accepted a position with a large general contractor and relocated to Southern California. Blaine performed various construction roles and lived there for over 9 years. In 2014, Blaine relocated back to Wichita, KS to join Decker Electric as a Project Manager and, in 2016, transitioned to an Executive Vice President and Operations role. In 2021, Blaine joined the ownership group as the Executive Director of Operations. Blaine has over 14 years of combined experience within the construction industry across the country. He and his wife, Melissa, have two girls.Ben Wilson
Executive Director of Business Development
Ben Wilson was born in Wichita, KS and attended Valley Center High School. After high school, he attended Wichita State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance. His college years were also spent playing baseball with the WSU team. After graduation, Ben joined Decker Electric in 2003. Ben has performed various construction roles from field laborer to Project Manager to Executive Vice President and currently is Executive Director of Business Development. Ben has over 16 years of combined experience within the electrical industry across the country. He and his wife, Chelsea, have six kids – two girls and four boys.Jason Seiwert
Executive Director of Construction
Jason Seiwert grew up outside of Wichita and attended high school at Garden Plain High School. He then pursued an education with both Wichita Technical Institute (WTI) and the Electrical Apprenticeship Program with the local IBEW Union. Through WTI, he received his Associate CET & during his apprenticeship he obtained his certificate as a Journeyman Electrician. Jason first joined Decker Electric in 2002 and has held various field positions, served as a Project Manager and Executive Vice President, and is now the Executive Director of Construction. Jason has performed various roles over 25 years within the electrical industry. He and his wife Melissa (Missy) have four children, 1 boy and 3 girls.Jarret Bergkamp
Executive Director of Pre-Construction
Jarret Bergkamp is from St. Joe Ost, Kansas and attended high school in Garden Plain Kansas. Following high school, he was accepted into the Electrical Apprenticeship Program at the Wichita Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (WEJATC). He successfully completed the program and obtained a certificate as a Journeyman Electrician. Jarret first joined Decker Electric in 2006 as an apprentice and, in 2014, transitioned from Project Manager to Executive Vice President and Director of Estimating. Jarret is now part of the ownership group and holds the title of Executive Director of Pre-Construction. He has over 15 years in the electrical industry. Jarret and his wife, Amber Lynn, have four kids all girls.Lisa Trout, CPA

Working in complex and demanding environments, Lisa enjoys a challenge. When joining Decker Electric in 2020, she was excited for the opportunities to assist with Decker’s successful growth. Lisa has extensive experience with delivering exceptional service focused on value and team collaboration. Her twenty plus years of public accounting experience in various industries gives our team vast knowledge and expertise to propel Decker forward. With a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration from Kansas State University, Lisa was the first recipient of the Woman to Watch-Emerging Leader Award presented jointly by KSCPA and AICPA. Lisa also was a member of the Leadership Wichita Class of 2011, and has served on various local boards including The Pando Initiative as well as Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance and the Kansas Society of CPA’s. Lisa is a certified public accountant and member of the KSCPA and AICPA. Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her daughters’ activities. On weekends you’ll likely find her at a volleyball match, horse show or enjoying lake time.Brian Fair
Project Manager
Brian Fair was raised in Wichita, KS and went to high school at Wichita Northwest. After high school, he attended Hutchinson Community College, Emporia State, and then finally Southwestern College where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. In the years that followed, Brian successfully completed the Electrical Apprenticeship Program and went on to earn his electrical Journeyman’s license. Brian is also a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional. Brian first joined Decker Electric in 1999 as a Journeyman electrician, but left in 2007 to join another company within the electrical industry. Brian then returned to Decker Electric, in 2017, as a Project Manager. Brian has over 24 years of experience within the electrical industry. He and his wife, Jo, have been together for 25 years. They have 4 children, all boys.Brandon Horsch
Project Manager
Brandon Horsch serves as a project manager and estimator and has worked in the electrical and engineering industry for many years. He is skilled in electrical design, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing construction projects. As a licensed electrician, Brandon is a strong operations professional and a member of I.B.E.W. Before joining Decker Electric in 2019, Brandon worked as a project coordinator for an engineering company and a project foreman for an electrical company. He graduated from Wichita Electrical Journeyman Apprentice Training Center. Raised in Pretty Prairie, Kansas, Brandon, his wife, and five daughters now live in Haven, Kansas. The family enjoys watching the Kansas City Chiefs play and never misses watching a game! Brandon also enjoys hunting and all things “techy.”James Kelley

James Kelley was born in Wichita, KS and attended Valley Center High School. Following high school, in 1991, James pursed his career within the electrical Industry and obtained his Journeyman Electrician Certification. In August of 2011, James Kelley began his career with Decker Electric as a Service Department Project Manager. James has 27 years of combined experience within the electrical industry.
