At Decker Electric, our internship program offers a unique opportunity for aspiring electrical professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Interns will engage in a comprehensive training regimen that combines practical skills development with mentorship from our seasoned team of experts. You'll be immersed in real-world projects, gaining valuable insights into electrical contracting, safety practices, and innovative technologies. We are committed to fostering your growth and empowering you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the industry.  

Interns will be given the opportunity to produce specific goals at the beginning of the internship and monitor those throughout the program. Each internship assignment also provides a great opportunity of learning within those areas that will be a requirement upon the early years of electrical industry professionals. Upon completion of the internship, evaluations of those goals will help determine possibilities of full-time employment.

Accepting an internship with Decker Electric will provide a good base of knowledge to assist you in electrical contracting after graduation and also the ability to excel within the latter semesters of your education.
